Due to the digital nature of our products (prebuilt Looker Studio dashboard templates), all sales are considered final once the purchase is made and the template has been delivered to the client. We do not offer refunds for templates that have already been sent.

However, if you wish to cancel your order before downloading or using the template, you may request a cancellation. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase to be considered. If approved, the refund process will be initiated, and funds will typically be returned to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
